- 1/2 kilogram of ground beef
- 2 kilograms of chicken breast
- 1 kilogram of short-grain white rice
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 2 liters of water
- 1 tablespoon of 7 spices
- 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 bouillon cube
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 cup of sour cream
- Assorted nuts
How To Prepare This Ground Meat And Rice With Yogurt Recipe
- Wash the chicken, put it into a large pot
- Add in 1 liter of water, bay leaves, cinnamon stick and a pinch of salt
