  • 2 Avocados firm with some give
  • 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons plain breadcrumbs
  • Sea salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Oil mister or spray

  1. Prepare the Avocados: Use a sharp knife or an avocado slicer to cut each avocado in half evenly. Carefully remove the seed.
