  • 1/2 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 Lemon Zest of

  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 tablespoon Ground Black Pepper
  • Lemon Juice for serving
  • Green Onions diced, for serving
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning optional for tossing

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F. While it warms up, use a paper towel to pat the chicken wings completely dry.

  3. Add the baking powder, lemon zest, sea salt, onion powder, garlic powder, dried thyme, brown sugar, and ground black pepper to the bag with the chicken.

  6. Close the air fryer and cook at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Make sure to flip the wings halfway through the cooking time to ensure even browning.
  7. Once the wings are cooked through and the skin is golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer.
  8. Serve the wings warm, tossed in additional lemon pepper seasoning, a squeeze of fresh lemon juice, or a garnish of diced green onions.
