  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt

  • Pastry Brush

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and sea salt; stir well and set aside.
1 1/2 tablespoon Grated Parmesan Cheese, 1/2 tablespoon Garlic Powder, 1/8 teaspoon Sea Salt
  3. Cut each of the 6 cheese slices into 4 small squares for a total of 24 cheese squares.
    6 slices White Cheddar Cheese
  4. Lay thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and slice each sheet into 12 even squares.
    2 sheets Puff Pastry

    24 Lil Smokies Sausages
  6. Place wrapped sausages seam-side down on the baking sheets, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with the garlic parmesan mixture.
    1 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the puff pastry is puffed and golden brown.

Notes

Firmly pinch the dough seams to keep the cheese inside, and try using a hard cheese like cheddar to prevent leaking. Serve these warm with dipping sauces like ranch or honey mustard for the best flavor.
