- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F and line two large cookie sheets with parchment paper.

- Place wrapped sausages seam-side down on the baking sheets, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with the garlic parmesan mixture.1 1/2 tablespoon Butter
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the puff pastry is puffed and golden brown.
Notes
Firmly pinch the dough seams to keep the cheese inside, and try using a hard cheese like cheddar to prevent leaking. Serve these warm with dipping sauces like ranch or honey mustard for the best flavor.
